Core Essentials

Goal: Strengthening and Toning the Core Musculature

  • Class is held 2x a week
  • This is a 4-week series ran each month
  • 45 minutes/class
  • Cost: $160 (8 classes. No makeups for missed classes)
  • Class is Tuesday and Thursday
    • 2 time options: 8:30am or 4pm

Human movement originates from the core of the body. With a dysfunctional core comes a myriad of problems. Core essentials will cover what the core is, its role in human movement and stability of the spine, and then will diminish the myths made up by the fitness industry on proper core training.

High-Intensity Circuit Training Class

Goal: Fitness and Weight Loss

  • Class is held 2x a week
  • This is a 4-week series ran each month
  • 55 minutes/class
  • Cost: $200 (8 classes. No makeups for missed classes)
  • Class is Tuesday and Thursday
    • 2 time options: 7:30am or 5pm

This class is designed to maximize your time spent exercising by utilizing High-Intensity Circuit Training. Circuit training is a form of resistance training performed at a high intensity, moving from station to station, keeping your heart rate elevated. It combines resistance training and cardio training, maximizing your results in a short period of time. This is the most effective form of exercising for weight loss and toning up all while improving you heart and respiratory system.
