Licensed Physical Therapist

“I can tell you with confidence that physical therapy WORKS. With the right guidance, pain is temporary, and a stronger, healthier future is within your reach.”
I know what it’s like to face injuries and the frustration of setbacks. As a former competitive figure skater, I’ve experienced firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that come with pushing your body to its limits. At just 26, I underwent hip preservation surgery due to hip dysplasia, which ignited my passion for injury prevention and patient education. Today, as a mother of two young boys, I’m passionate about supporting pre- and postpartum women. Prioritizing your health is one of the most powerful ways to care for your family. I’m here to guide you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond—helping you return to fitness without unnecessary pain or frustration. I’ve been a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic conditions for over 10 years, and I’m among the 1% of practicing PTs with Fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy, awarded through my post-doctorate program at the Ola Grimsby Institute. I hold a BS in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. My advanced training has equipped me to take a personalized, hands-on approach to care, focusing on helping my patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Whether you’re an aesthetic athlete, managing hypermobility, or navigating the demands of motherhood, I’m here to help you take control of your health, prevent future injuries, and thrive in every stage of life.
