“I can tell you with confidence that physical therapy WORKS. With the right guidance, pain is temporary, and a stronger, healthier future is within your reach.”I know what it’s like to face injuries and the frustration of setbacks. As a former competitive figure skater, I’ve experienced firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that come with pushing your body to its limits. At just 26, I underwent hip preservation surgery due to hip dysplasia, which ignited my passion for injury prevention and patient education. Today, as a mother of two young boys, I’m passionate about supporting pre- and postpartum women. Prioritizing your health is one of the most powerful ways to care for your family. I’m here to guide you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond—helping you return to fitness without unnecessary pain or frustration. I’ve been a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic conditions for over 10 years, and I’m among the 1% of practicing PTs with Fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy, awarded through my post-doctorate program at the Ola Grimsby Institute. I hold a BS in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. My advanced training has equipped me to take a personalized, hands-on approach to care, focusing on helping my patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Whether you’re an aesthetic athlete, managing hypermobility, or navigating the demands of motherhood, I’m here to help you take control of your health, prevent future injuries, and thrive in every stage of life. Together, we’ll build a stronger, healthier you.

“My unwavering commitment to my patients and my practice is evident in every aspect of my holistic approach to care.”
As an athlete growing up and an avid outdoor enthusiast today, my personal experiences have taught me the importance of comprehensive care and its role in maintaining an active lifestyle. My athletic journey and unique perspectives fuel my passion for fitness and helping others achieve peak performance.
That’s why after earning my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology at BYU Idaho, I went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University, where I graduated magna cum laude. And as a Certified Personal Trainer, I further specialized in rehab exercise and soft tissue therapy.
Today, I combine advanced chiropractic techniques and tailored rehab exercises for a truly holistic approach to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
When not at the clinic, I love spending quality time with my wife and daughter. I also enjoy numerous outdoor activities and sports, including hiking, snowboarding, rock climbing, mountaineering, cycling, and soccer.

“My passion for sports and their related injuries is not just professional, it’s personal.”
I’ve been an athlete my whole life and understand the effect injuries have on both short and long-term health. Getting the right care to keep your body moving the right way is crucial to how you perform now and prepare for the years ahead.
Athletes need treatments that go beyond the standard approach of symptom-driven care. It’s why my integration of advanced therapies and functional movement solutions makes me stand out as a chiropractor.
After earning my bachelor's degree in biology at California State University, Sacramento, I went on to obtain my doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic West.
My passion for integrating advanced solutions to effectively meet the demands of your athletic lifestyle further fueled my pursuit of advanced post-doctorate studies to expand my knowledge to better help and educate others - clients and professionals.
And because technologies and treatments are always improving and evolving, I never stop learning to bring the highest level of care to my clients.
